The Annual Meeting was held tonight with 9 owners present, and 37 owners represented by proxy. Four officers from the 2013-2014 board were present.
A correction to the proposed budget was made (correcting the annual amount of street light rental), which resulted in an increase to both the general improvement and carryover accounts. That budget was approved unanimously, and can be seen by Clicking Here.
The following list of officers were presented and voted in unanimously:
- Bob Beatty – President
- Steve Lukowicz – Vice President
- Mike Rosendale – Secretary
- Lynn Beatty – Treasurer
- Peter Trask – Member at Large
- Betsy Alexander – Member at Large
