Mountain Laurel Estates is an 84-home residential development in North Kingstown, RI. It is governed by the Mountain Laurel Estates Homeowners Association (MLEHA), and all homes within the community are subject to restrictive covenants that serve to preserve the character of the community.
Mountain Laurel Estates Homeowners Association (MLEHA) was founded when deed restrictions were recorded in Book 0595 pages 158 to 161, and Bylaws were recorded in Book 0595 pages 165 to 173 by the Town Clerk of North Kingstown on November 3, 1988. The Association was incorporated as a non-Profit Corporation #52112 on November 3, 1988. The first annual meeting was held on June 5, 1990, and have been held annually since.
Mountain Laurel Estates is bounded by Route 102 to the North, Beacon Road to the South, Plain Road to the West and Route 4 to the East. The following streets are entirely contained within the development:
